This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of this 30th day of July, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Colony Bankcorp, Inc. (the “Holding Company”), Colony Bank, a Georgia Bank and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Holding Company (the “Bank” and, together with the Holding Company, the “Employer”), and T. Heath Fountain (“Executive”), a resident of the State of Georgia (collectively, the “Parties”).
