This FIRST AMENDMENT TO THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is dated as of July 26, 2018 and is entered into by and among ACCO Brands Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), ACCO Brands Australia Holding Pty. Ltd.
