First Supplemental Indenture (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of the date of the last signature below, among SunTel Services LLC (the “Guaranteeing Subsidiary”), a subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell Inc., an Ohio corporation (or its permitted successor) (the “Issuer”), and Regions Bank (or its permitted successor), as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”). Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Indenture.
