Exhibit 6(b) GENERAL DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT between FIDELITY NEW YORK MUNICIPAL TRUST II: Spartan New York Municipal Money Market Portfolio and FIDELITY DISTRIBUTORS CORPORATION Agreement made this 22nd day of March, 1994, between Fidelity New York Municipal Trust II, a Delaware business trust having its principal place of business in Boston, Massachusetts and which may issue one or more series of beneficial interest ("Issuer"), with respect to shares of Spartan New York Municipal Money Market Portfolio, a series of the Issuer, and Fidelity Distributors Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation having its principal place of business in Boston, Massachusetts ("Distributors").
