This Amended and Restated Five-Year Credit Agreement, dated as of June 16, 2016, is among Cardinal Health, Inc., an Ohio corporation (the “Company”), certain Subsidiaries of the Company (the “Subsidiary Borrowers”, and together with the Company, the “Borrowers”), each lender party hereto from time to time (the “Lenders”) and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Administrative Agent, Swingline Lender and LC Issuer.
