This Cancellation Agreement and Mutual Releases (“Agreement”) entered into this 15 day of May, 2015, is between FODERE TITANIUM LIMITED (“Fodere”), on the one hand, and NEW WESTERN ENERGY CORPORATION (“New Western”), on the other hand.
