This Stock Option Agreement (the "Agreement"), made as of the 17th day of April, 2001 (the "Date of Grant"), by and between AMC Entertainment Inc. ("AMCE") and ______________ (the "Grantee "), evidences the grant, by AMCE, of a Stock Option (the "Option") to the Grantee on such date and the Grantee's acceptance of the Option in accordance with the provisions of the AMCE 1999 Stock Option and Incentive Plan, as amended (the "Plan" ).
