THIS AGREEMENT is made as of June 1, 2011 between the Pear Tree Funds on behalf of each of the its series (each a “Fund” and together, the “Funds”) and Pear Tree Advisors, Inc. (the “Manager”) on behalf of Pear Tree Institutional Services (a division of the Manager), (the Funds and Manager are collectively referred to as the “Insureds”).
