This letter confirms the agreement (“Agreement”) between Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC (“ABG”) and General Motors, LLC (“GM”) regarding ABG's purchase or lease of GM 2014 Model Year vehicles under i) the 2014 MY Daily Rental Purchase Program, ii) the 2014 MY National Fleet Purchase Program, and iii) other incentive programs available to ABG.
