INDENTURE dated as of March 8, 2017 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Indenture”), among AVIS BUDGET FINANCE PLC, a company organized under the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands (the “Issuer”), the Guarantors (as defined herein), DEUTSCHE BANK AG, LONDON BRANCH, as paying agent, DEUTSCHE BANK LUXEMBOURG S.A., as registrar, and DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, a New York banking corporation, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
