FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, TELEBYTE TECHNOLOGY, INC., having a place of business at 207 Pulaski Road, Greenlawn, New York 11740 ("Obligor") hereby promises to pay to the order of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, (the "Bank") as successor in interest to The Union Savings Bank, at its offices at 62 South Ocean Avenue, Patchogue, New York 11772, in lawful money of the United States, the principal sum of Nine Hundred Sixty-five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-seven and 88/100 ($965,827.88) DOLLARS, together with interest payable as hereinafter described.
