THIS AGREEMENT dated as of the 23rd day of January, 2014, by and between OFI Global Asset Management, Inc. ("OFI Global"), a United States registered investment advisor, and OppenheimerFunds, Inc. ("Oppenheimer"), a United States registered investment advisor and a registered commodity trading advisor (the "Sub-Advisor") with respect to Oppenheimer Global Multi Strategies Fund (Cayman) Ltd. ("the Fund"), an exempt company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands.
