This Distribution Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this 30 Day of January, 2003 (the "Effective Date") by Nopal AS, a company organized and existing under the laws of Norway with an office at Billingstadsletta 25, N-1396 Billingstad (hereinafter called the "Comapany") and Alpharma AS, a company organized and existing under the laws of Norway with an office at Harbitzallèen 3, N-0275 Oslo (hereinafter called "Distributor").
