This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of October 10, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between Light & Wonder, Inc. (fka Scientific Games Corporation), a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Siobhan Lane (“Executive”) and it amends and restates the Employment Agreement dated as of July 4, 2019 between Executive and Company (along with all amendments thereto preceding this Agreement, the “Prior Employment Agreement”).
