THIS SEVENTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of May 9, 2003 by and among COMMERCIAL NET LEASE REALTY, INC., a corporation formed under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Borrower”), WACHOVIA SECURITIES, INC., as Sole Lead Arranger and Book Manager (the “Arranger”), WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Agent, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Syndication Agent (the “Syndication Agent”), each of AMSOUTH BANK and SUNTRUST BANK, as Co-Documentation Agent (the “Co-Documentation Agents”), and each of the financial institutions initially a signatory hereto together with their assignees pursuant to Section 12.5.(d).
