THIS THREE-MONTH CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of January 29, 2015 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Agreement”) among SCANA CORPORATION, a South Carolina corporation (the “Borrower”), the lenders identified herein and such other lenders as may hereafter become a party (the “Lenders”), and ROYAL BANK OF CANADA, as administrative agent (in such capacity and its successors and assigns, the “Agent”).
