("VIP"), with its principal place of office at 2525 NW Expressway, Suite 105 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73112, and Brokers National Life Assurance Company ("BNL"), with its principal place of office at 7010 Hwy. 71 W., Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78735.
