This Confidential Employment Separation and General Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Mike Mohan (EID 421704) for himself and his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns (hereinafter “Executive”), and Best Buy Co., Inc. and Best Buy Enterprises Service, Inc., as well as their direct and indirect subsidiaries and related entities and affiliates, foreign and domestic, whether or not controlled by Best Buy Co., Inc.
