This Separation Agreement (this “Agreement”), by and among Big Lots, Inc. (“BLI”), Big Lots Stores, Inc. (“Big Lots”) and their affiliates, predecessors, successors, subsidiaries and other related companies (collectively, the “Company”) and David J.
