THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into this 10th day of August, 2009, by and between American Safety Administrative Services, Inc., a Georgia corporation with its principal executive offices located in Atlanta, Georgia (the "Company"), and Mark Haushill, an individual resident of the State of Texas (“Executive"), to be effective as of the Effective Date, as defined in Section 1.
