THIS AGREEMENT is made on the 29th day of November, 2013 (the “Execution Date”) by and between John F. Armstrong (the “Employee”) and DLH HOLDINGS CORP., a New Jersey corporation (the “Company”) and is effective as of the 1st day of December, 2013 (the “Effective Date”). Unless the context indicates otherwise, the “Company” shall include the Company’s subsidiaries.
