This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of July 29, 2013 (the “Agreement Date”), for the period commencing on May 1, 2013 (the “Start Date”) by and between MILLER ENERGY RESOURCES, INC., a Tennessee corporation (the “Company”), and DAVID M. HALL (“Executive”).
