WHEREAS, the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the "Guarantors," whether one or more) have agreed to guarantee, jointly and severally, the payment of all credit heretofore or hereafter extended and all advances heretofore or hereafter made by AmSouth Bank of Alabama (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") to Ridge Pointe Mfg., L.L.C.
