THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of September 14, 2021 by and among CARLISLE COMPANIES INCORPORATED, a Delaware corporation (“Carlisle”) and CARLISLE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CSL LLC” and together with Carlisle, herein the “Co-Borrowers”), the BANKS signatory hereto and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as administrative agent for the BANKS (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
