THIS SERIES Q PREFERRED STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made as of the last date executed below (the “Effective Date”), by and among Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc. a Florida corporation with a principal address of 5307 NW 35th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33309 (“the “Company”), and Linda B.
