This Amended and Restated Investment Advisory Agreement made on July 16, 2020, between Volumetric Fund, Inc. (“Fund”), a mutual fund, and Volumetric Advisers, Inc., a New York corporation, hereinafter called the “Adviser”. This agreement amended and restates in its entirety the Investment Advisory Agreement between the parties, last renewed on November 20, 2019.
