This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated October 21st, 2013, is made by and among Cedar Fair, L.P., a publicly traded Delaware limited partnership, Cedar Fair Management, Inc., an Ohio Corporation (“Cedar Fair Management”), Magnum Management Corporation, an Ohio corporation (“Magnum”), and Matthew A. Ouimet (the “Executive”).
