THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER, dated as of June 1, 2016 (this “Agreement”), is entered into between SUMMIT FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., a West Virginia corporation (“Summit”), and FIRST CENTURY BANKSHARES, INC., a West Virginia corporation (“First Century”).
