AGREEMENT dated as of March 27, 2020, between the Saturna Investment Trust, on behalf of itself or its portfolios listed on Appendix A attached hereto (as it may be amended from time to time), individually and not jointly, (the "Fund"), and ReFlow Fund, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("ReFlow"), in consideration of the mutual agreements herein contained and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto hereby agree as follows:

Saturna Capital Corporation will continue to subsidize certain Sextant Funds and the Sustainable Funds by waiving Saturna's management fee and, to the extent necessary, reimburse expenses, to limit the total net annual operating expenses (excluding taxes, commissions, and extraordinary expenses) of each Fund listed below, through March 31, 2021, as listed in the table below.
