EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT dated as of October 1, 2000 by and between (i) VAIL RESORTS, INC. a Delaware corporation ("Resorts"), and VAIL ASSOCIATES, INC., a Colorado corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Resorts ("Associates" and, together with Resorts, "Vail"), and (ii) ANDREW P.
