THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is amended and restated effective as of the 1st day of May, 2016, by and between AMERICAN CENTURY VARIABLE PORTFOLIOS, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Issuer”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Distributor”).
