This AMENDMENT TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED SUPPLY AND OFFTAKE AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of May 17, 2022, is made by and among Par Hawaii Refining, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (the “Company”), Par Petroleum, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Guarantor”), and J. Aron & Company LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Aron”) (each referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
