THIS MASTER REPURCHASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of September 28, 2012, between and among Pulte Mortgage LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Seller”), and Comerica Bank, as Agent and representative of itself as a Buyer and the other Buyers (the “Agent” and sometimes “Comerica Bank”), and the other Buyers, as defined in Section 1.2.
