This PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of 17th day of July, 2010 by and among FREEDOM ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INC., a Florida corporation (“PURCHASER” or “FRDM”), and Michael J. Ciarlone, Harvey Blonder and Gary A. Goldstein and Anita Goldstein, Robin and Robert Bailey collectively the “Seller” or “Sellers”and Michael Borish (“Borish”) , B&P Environmental Services LLC (“B&P”).; and Brownies WasteWater Solutions, Inc.
