THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is amended and restated effective as of the 6th day of December, 2016, by and between AMERICAN CENTURY QUANTITATIVE EQUITY FUNDS, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Issuer”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Distributor”).
