This Master Supply Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of July 1, 2013 (the "Effective Date") by and between Select Comfort Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota whose principal place business is 9800 59th Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN 55442 ("Select Comfort") acting for itself and on behalf of its Affiliates and XXXX, with its registered office at XXXX, ( "Supply Partner"). Select Comfort and Supply Partner are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the "Parties" and each, individually, as a "Party".
