This TERM LOAN AGREEMENT dated as of March 2, 2015 (as amended, restated, supplemented, increased, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), is entered into by and among WEINGARTEN REALTY INVESTORS, a Texas real estate investment trust (the “Borrower”), the Lenders party hereto, and REGIONS BANK, an Alabama state banking corporation, as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
