THIS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT made between FRANKLIN TEMPLETON VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of FRANKLIN VOLSMART ALLOCATION VIP FUND (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and FRANKLIN ALTERNATIVE STRATEGIES ADVISERS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”).
