This Settlement Agreement and Release (this “Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date it is executed by both parties, between DeLonie Call (“Employee”) and ClearOne Communications, Inc. (“ClearOne”), who shall be referred to as the “Parties”, or individually as a “Party”.
