This letter agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth certain terms and conditions in connection with your termination of employment from Presstek, Inc. (“Presstek”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates, effective as of December 28, 2007 (the “Effective Date”). Reference is made to the Employment Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2005, between the Company and you (the “Employment Agreement”). The termination of your employment arises at the election of Presstek, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5(D) of the Employment Agreement.
