THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into as of July 9, 2012 (the “EFFECTIVE DATE”) by and among Victor Technologies Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“TECHNOLOGIES”), the subsidiaries of Technologies (together with Technologies, “EMPLOYER”), and E.
