A Restricted Stock Unit Award (“RSU Award”) was granted by the Committee on [DATE OF GRANT] to the Participant named on the attached Restricted Stock Unit Certificate (“Participant”). This Agreement, along with the MAF Bancorp, Inc. Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”), govern the terms of this RSU Award. Except as otherwise indicated or defined in paragraph 1 hereof, all words with initial capitals shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Plan.
