As you know, on August 1, 2016 (the "Closing Date"), Cisco Systems, Inc. ("Cisco") acquired CloudLock, Inc. ("CloudLock") (the "Acquisition"), pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger by and among Cisco, Cannon Acquisition Corp., CloudLock and the Stockholders Agent dated as of June 27, 2016 (the "Acquisition Agreement"). On the Closing Date, you held one or more outstanding options to purchase shares of CloudLock common stock granted to you under the CloudLock, Inc. 2008 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). Pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement, on the Closing Date, Cisco assumed all obligations of CloudLock under your outstanding option (or options).
