This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of August 19, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between First Interstate BancSystem, Inc., a Montana corporation (the “Company”), First Interstate Bank, a Montana bank (the “Bank”) and Kevin P.
