THIS VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the dates set forth below by and between Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Company”), and Rexford A. Yeisley, its Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Assistant Secretary (“Executive”).
