This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective May 11, 2011, by and between Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the “Company”), and Johnny Edwards (“Executive”), an individual residing in the Woodlands, Texas. The Company and Executive are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually referred to as a “Party.”
