AGREEMENT, dated as of January 1, 2005, between Integrity Managed Portfolios, (the "Trust") an unincorporated business trust organized under the laws of the State of Massachusetts with its' principal place of business at One North Main Street, Minot, ND 58703 and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (the "Custodian"), a banking association organized under the laws of the United States of America with a principal place of business at Wells Fargo Center, Sixth and Marquette, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55479.
