SPECIAL SERVICING AGREEMENT THIS SPECIAL SERVICING AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), made as of the 1st day of January, 1998, by and between T. ROWE PRICE SPECTRUM FUND, INC. ("Spectrum Fund"), on behalf of its separate series, T.
