THIS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 30th day of November, 2018, (the “Effective Date”), by and between AMERICAN CENTURY WORLD MUTUAL FUNDS, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Investment Manager”).

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is amended and restated effective as of the 30th day of November, 2018, by and between AMERICAN CENTURY WORLD MUTUAL FUNDS, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Issuer”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Distributor”).
