This AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of November 1, 2013, by and among RADISYS CORPORATION, an Oregon corporation (“Borrower”), and SILICON VALLEY BANK (“Bank”).
